For a general response to a couple of the questions I have received:

The Heaven or Hell theme means you can design a costume that is heavenly...or hellish. Some examples of Heaven would be angels, saints, etc. Examples of Hell would be devils, demons, and so forth. As always I am sure there will be some creative costumes on display Thursday night; so you may want to plan your look early.
