Rigel_Kent's original post was sarcastic, he does not really believe that Defender = Healer (this is made pretty obvious by the rest of the post detailing powers to put on auto-cast). You made a serious response to it and people were trying to gently point this out to you.
As mentioned, the post you were replying to was obviously humorous and ironic. Very obviously, in fact.

I actually had to edit my post, as the first version implied that a healer should take Vengeance and put it on auto. Which may have caused confusion, since putting Vengeance on auto is strictly pro.
