The first section of my Guide (in the signature) covers something similar (copying from a PC client to a Mac client) but it should give you a pretty good clue of what to do. If it's too confusing let me know.

Hi guys, Ive recently bought city of heroes, andstupidly tried installing and loading it onto my fairly primitive mac book which has in turn not allowed me to runt he game, so I have a newer mac platform that ive loaded it on, my question is, where do the patch files and updated versions of the game save to from the updater
When I attempted to use my macbook I succesfully downloaded all the patches, and now since im on a different mac i have to re-download that massive 3.1 gig updated version, I was hoping that I would be able to find the files on my mac book, save them to a portable hard drive then load them onto my other mac, saving the download time and bandwidth
