MA/SR Budget Soft Cap Build
Looks like you're coming up a little short on AOE def. I'd change the slotting in combat jumping from 2 end redux to 1 def IO, and move the freed up slot to evasion for an end redux in that. That would soft cap all positions and lower your endurance drain overall.
I'd probably remove the 2nd end redux IOs in focused fighting and focused senses as well and put the slots into Tough to get some resistance enhancement in there. Consider a set of multi-strikes in Dragon's Tail too, good enhancement numbers and very cheap.
Personally I think I'd probably leave out one of the health uniques, probably the Miracle, and use the inf saved to get some better slotting in storm kick and eagle's claw, crushing impacts would work well, and maybe try to get a kismet +accuracy in there somewhere too.

I honestly didn't know what to do with the extra slots so I threw them in Health. I doubt I would actually would pay the steap prices for those.
I will look at some of those suggestions. More resistance would make sense in Tough.

In regards to Combat Jumping the End usage is minor and doesn't need any EndRedx. You would be better off slotting 3 defence, this will give you about an extra 1% defense to all positions.

I focused on cheap capping, then damage, then jumping like a freak.
I think I got cheaper, and you can definitely jump more like a freak.
[Read in a channel the other day when some PvP people were sharing secrets that putting two jumps in Hurdle was one of the things that stood out in some of the best builds.]
Oh, yeah, I got rid of swift because it's horrible.
EDIT - forgot to fix CJ. Remove endred and put in Winter -slow and Kismet unique.

That looks great, almost exactly what I was looking for in my head.
I'm not sure about the two jumps in both Hurdle and SJ. I've have hurdle on this character right now, and SS currently before my planned respec.
This is the only character of 15 or so that has Hurdle, I just can't stand the slower running speed. Will one slotted quickness make up for not taking Swift? I don't know if I can make it through the next 8 levels running that slow...
I know that I've been told that CJ and Hurdle, you can go just about has fast through a mission as with Swift, but I've tried it and found the spacebar pounding to be a little too much.
