I'm getting the exact same thing. Of course, it would be nice if computer programmers wrote out error messages in ways that people understand. "Can't connect to DBServer." Well, good for you! What does that even mean?
I'm assuming that our characters are saved as a database file... therefore DBServer would mean that we can't connect to that file... Now why that's happened to me twice today? That's only something the sadistic (kidding kidding) devs can only know...

When i tried to connect to virtue server after logging in I got a dbserver error so i decided to restart my computer. Now the launcher doesn't even connect, just says connecting #1, #2, ...
