One of the steps should ask you which account you want to apply the code to. If not, and it seems to keep pointing you to your EU account, us the drop-down menu at the top-left of the NCSoft store, to switch to English(US.)
Hopefully that will show the US products.
I know there are a other EU players that play on the US servers, and have previously posted links or the appropriate steps for getting the US version of the NCSoft store, perhaps they can stop in.

I was a EU player 1 year ago and I moved to freedom. I am using the same account that I had when I played at Europe servers only now there are two login names at my account. one is the europe one and one the US. My question is : I want to buy all packs and GR but when I go at store it doesnt say anything about US version. Is it possible if i buy them all the packs and GR will exist at my eu account only?
