Black Screen at Character Select

My husband gets a black screen behind the character select UI. He can log in and he gets the exact same thing. We had a new motherboard and graphics card installed just a few weeks ago.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Could you run CoHHelper and HiJackThis on the computer, and post the logs for both to the boards? That'll help us figure out if there's any software/driver conflicts or other related issues.

We've been saving Paragon City for eight and a half years. It's time to do it one more time.
