PB's and Mutant Pack
Also, Dimension Shift costume change emote did not work on my Peacebringer while I had any of my shields toggled on.
Thanks for looking into it.
Warshade has the Dimension Shift problem with shields as well. I /bugged this in game.
I think Castle posted in the Kheld forums that the buff does not transfer to lobster nor squid forms.
Badging in a PvP zone?
If you are treasure hunting on a battlefield wearing an enemy uniform, there is a high probability that you will be attacked.

Here is the link to Castle's post.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
It's not the buffs from Secondary Mutation I am bugging... it is the costume change emote specifically for Dimension Shift.
The emote does not activate when I have any of the shield toggles on. My avatar does begin the animation sequence and I hear the Kheldian 'power noise', but it is most definitely not the standard emote for Dimension Shift. I tried it with all, none, and every combination of the shields active. The emote only played properly when I had none of the shields active.
Thanks again for looking into it.
Amperella, I think that what you are describing is covered in this post already. It contains a link to the discussions on the Training Room site about it as well.
I'm not sure what you want the players to look into for you.
This isn't a forum for official technical support, for that you need to file a /bug report, email support@coh.com or open a ticket on the PlayNC support site.

I have never had a problem with people useing Mystic Fortune on me, in any form. I accept the fact that I have to be human to cast it on someone else.
So I can accept the fact that I have to be human to use Secondary Mutation. But if I change form I lose the buff. If I go back to human I get the buff back.
Also in Dwarf Form, /em growl does /em howl.
