Seeing buffs of non-team characters

If I select a character who is not in my team (or any pet that isn't mine), I can see their health and endurance in the target window, but not their buffs. Is there any way to be able to see their currently active buffs, like you can for yourself, your pets, and the people in your team? Like some little "arrow" I'm not seeing (like there is for the Team / Pet windows)?
