Support site problems

I have been trying to get a code reissue to activate my trail account after my fail last week but I cannot get the support site to work for me . I cant log into support and when I try to use the ask a question feature it keeps asking me to set up a new account and wont accept my master account details anyone got any advice for me cos I really wanna get my account upgraded and the site feels like its fighting me every step

The only other thing that we can do for you is tell you to send a private message (PM) to Avatea, the main community service rep here, and explain your situation to them. They should be able to help you out.

The support site and the master account use two different user/pw combinations.

The first time you use the support site you will have to sign up for an account.
