Needing Assistance with a Fire/Elec Build

I am currently lvl 20 and am having a lot of fun with my build but i want to make it a beast for resist. I have read a few posts on what elec def can do but still feel that my build is lacking. Have any of you made this and how close to being on target am i let me know..

It's a little odd to me [though mostly I'm just bumping this before it slips off the page].

If you're spending so much for S/L, you could put two Rect Reticules in Aim also and get BETTER numbers for it than your Gauss. If I'm building S/L, which I don't tend to, I go two RR and two generi-rech in the build ups. But I'm cheap.

Positional, Touch of Deaths and Mako's, etc, might be the way to go. Electric isn't anything that helps you in the defense department.

Your second run speed in Quick Recovery would do better as a second one in Sprint. 91.7% run speed vs 64.2% run speed. And it doesn't change QR in any other way.

Considering how much you've spent. Put a +7.5 in Maneuvers. That's what I thought it was when I first saw it.

I tend to throw the Kismet+6% and the Winter Slow resist in CJ.

I tried to change out powers above 20 and reslot the whole thing but mine was pretty bad.
