If you have a friend in North America, and they agree, you can use them as the shipping address, and have them either email you the code, or ship you the box, depending on your preference.

One also needs to be aware that CoV Collector's Ed US and EU boxes are virtually identical. If memory serves me correctly the only difference between the two was the 'City of Heroes Collectible Card Game' preview deck that cam in the US version.
Purchasing from anyplace online ask for this information if they don't give actual screenshots of the box text. Otherwise, there is a alphanumeric code near the UPC code that ends in EU (if memory serves me correctly, I'll have to look when I get home.) The re-saler may have gotten a lot from some liquidator and may not even realize that they are not US edition, or that there is even any difference.
Edit: A quick search and I noticed that the ratings for the US vs EU are different on the boxes.
I origonally got the CoV collectors edition for my europe account but because the europe serveres might aswell no longer exist due to the VERY low ammount of players I'm now trying to get the collectors eidtion on the NA servers for the Arachnos logo [My own reasons, don't question it.].
Only problem is.... I can JUST buy the in-game stuff from the ncsoft store, so I'd have to buy an NA box, the only problem being.... Well, No one ships to the uk with city of villains collectors box.
tl;dr: How can I get a CoV collectors code for the NA servers in the UK?
