Elec/SD SO build help
I would cut away the endurance reduction in superspeed. I believe you use the power while you're traveling, so it doesn't matter if the endurance is high or not. I wouldn't bother 3-slotting health with heal for an SO build. I don't think you need to slot phalanx fighting with 4 defense SO, which is beyond ED. Combat jumping uses very little endurance, you can cut away the second slot from the power.
With these saved slots, you can slot your APP better. I would put a couple more slots into active defense: one more recharge such that the status protection is always on, and an endurance reduction.
