This might be somewhat pricey in the end but thats ok. The build has pretty good defenses and around 50% s/l res, might be a little endurance heavy. Give me some opinions and pointers on changes to make it better please.

The endurance usage doesn't look that bad if you turn off sprint. With rage, I think you can get rid of tactics, and maybe pick up strength of will. This can reduce the endurance usage as well. Your endurance usage is mainly due to how you slot your toggles, and they add up. I think you can replace the pvp set with LotG, unless you really think that the pvp set is important.

For your build overall, I think it's ok. I think you focus on regeneration with some defense bonus. If you give up a bit regeneration, your defense can be quite a bit higher. This is something you can think about.

Made a couple changes, replaced the 3 shield walls with lotg which will save a couple billion, also added a miracle +recovery. I replaced static discharge cone with taunt mostly as a def mule but doesnt hurt to have and swapped tactics for strength of will. The over all defenses are low to mid 30's and 52 res to s/l. The endurance looks nice and regen is still very high. I don't see where I can squeeze out much more def without giving up something as important. Any and all comments and tips are welcome.
