I plan on making a new scrapper. I'm looking to have more survivability then my regen. I'm between dark or Super reflexes. I'm also looking for damage. What kind of attack should I have as well? All im looking is for a scrapper that can somewhat tank and dish out some damage. (Without set bonuses)

Must be my playstyle then, because I find my Kat/DA scrapper as probably the weakest one I have, especially at level 50.

I personally think that DM/Shield is a good one... great fun to play aswell.

DB/SR isn't bad... but faceplant on him, as haven't maxed the build out.

And my original is pretty good at handling himself (Claws/Regen), however there is a big argument for /Invul, especially if you want to be a scranker rather than a scrapper.

Main 50 & Badger Nine Claws Claws/Regen/Body

Other 50's Ph10x Brute Unjust Law Tanker Samantha Urai Scrapper Codename 1250 Scrapper
Cepheus
Defender Nilus Scrapper
Electro Field Blaster S.PONGE Tanker

Dono. Mine had very good survivability while leveling, though I admittedly frankenslotted and used a Kismet unique and a Steadfast protection unique. Those are well within reach of pretty much anyone, but even discounting them, I think it would be solid, at least if you pick the right powers (don't skip Divine Avalanche, grab Tough and Weave, etc.).

Not relevant to the OP, but at level 50 and IO'd to the gills, it's my most survivable Scrapper by far outside of defense debuffs, and I do have a purpled-out Dark Melee/Super Reflexes to compare to. It's no contest.
