Keep it straight IO's
Use IO sets for bonuses?
If you're looking to soft cap the defenses, look at Call Me Awesome's two guides to Invulnerability in the tanker section or in his Sig.
You've done a few things I wouldn't necessarily do, but it would help to have a better picture of what you're thinking.

What things did i do? Intending to use this to work towards IO's im pretty broke atm and need to get some $ going in order to IO myself out. I followed a similar build based closely to his information, only did a few things different on the choices though... as for sockets i made my best judgement =/
I don't see anything wrong with the build, assuming you don't actually use jab. If you do, it's either better to take the 2nd endurance reduction out of your toggles until you have enough slots to 6-slot jab too (jab on auto burns more endurance than all three invulnerability toggles combined), or better yet, 6-slot boxing. Boxing is a superior attack to jab, really.
But, beyond that, I can't say I fault anything in the build. I would have taken combat jumping or resist elements instead of recall friend, but that's far beyond the scope of what a build needs.
This work? As for boxing yes im game for getting it but no clue how to work out the sockets the way i want without moving powers.... Recall friend is just a filler, no real clue what else to pick up @ 50 since sockets are spent elsewhere.
