How can I tell if Lightning reflexes is actually working?
It works regardless, it'll show up in the recharge time section of your combat attributes.

Global bonuses are not reflected in individual power information. The only way that you could really tell is by manually timing it. But as mentioned by macskull, your global bonuses are shown on the Combat Attributes menu so rest assured that it's all working as intended.
My kinetic corruptor gets up to a bit over 200% recharge when he starts stacking Siphon Speed. My individual powers still show the recharge as affected by enhancements, but the actual recharge speed is a whole lot faster.

So I took the power, and when I right click on attacks in my tray and check their recharge time, it shows the recharge times with my enhancements with Lightning Reflexes apparently not being taken into account. For instance, Lightning Rod with 1 Recharge SO (33%) has an recharge of 67 seconds. It should be faster because of LR.
How can I tell, besides stopwatching my recharge times, whether the bonus is being properly credited?
