Have you joined one of the global channels for Infinity? You can usually get the last member or two for a TF or Trial by broadcasting on a global - sometimes more volunteers than you need.
I'm on globals for a few servers, so I forget what the best ones for Infinity are when I'm not in-game, but I'm sure someone else will chime in shortly with the best one to join.
