Old Plant/Kin returning to Blueside - How's this build?

Hey folks, I've been playing redside exclusively for the last three months or so, and I'm taking a break and gonig back to my old plant/kin. Got him to 45 before I quit last, and he's almost 48 now, and I'm beginning to set him out and respec him. Wondering your thoughts on this build. Be mean, but within reason :P

Power selection and slotting is done @ level 50 respec.
