Attack of the PPD Test Group! Anyone ever seen this before?

So, I signed onto a toon I haven't played in a year, a level 43 Fire/Rad controller named Zaihk on Protector. I did so to play with a friend I hadn't played with in awhile.

When I signed in, I noticed I still had a mission -- "Defeat BOSS_NAME and Guards" on PI. The mission was level 43. I thought "Okay, I'll go do that". The first thing I notice, though, is that my difficulty was set at +4, x8. The last time I used this toon, the difficulty settings weren't yet revamped, and he was on Unyielding. Thought that was weird. I went and switched it to +1, x3, and headed into the mission with my friend.

Didn't expect to see these guys at all. I tried to think back, wondering if I was on some sort of special mission... then I noticed the name "Test Group" as the enemy groupname, and realized something was wrong.

Something that was strange about this was that as soon as we started moving to the other side of the room, the mission completed itself. My friend and I had never seen anything like this before.

I gotta ask -- anyone else seen anything remotely like this before?

Yeah, it happens to old toons that haven't been played in a while. Often when the game gets a major update, date gets changed or something and old missions can glitch out like that. At one point everyone was getting level 45 Squall Elementals.

This happens sometimes with old Newspaper or radio missions after a patch. The enemy groups will glitch out a be replaced with something else.

I had a Newspaper mish full of high level 7th Generation Paragon Protectors. I've seen reports of Cimeroran Traitors, Siren's Call Phantoms, Syndicate, and Preatorian Clockwork showing up as well.

I had Rularuu eyeballs show up once. I kept the mission for a week or so, and helped a bunch of friends get their cool weapons.
