Is this an ASUS system? Google suggests it is.
If that's the case, it looks like it's a monitoring program that watches things like fan speeds and system temps. Whether that's useful is I suppose up to you. I'd suspect it's more valuable to folks who overclock and otherwise tweak system settings as such things will tend to stress the system more, make it run hotter, etc. and it could be useful then to make sure you're not about to have a meltdown. Assuming you're not doing those things, it probably isn't that useful until and unless something like a fan fails in which case it would (hopefully) warn you that you have a problem. 99% of the time though you won't likely care about it either way since I rather doubt it uses enough space or resources to make any practical difference in your system's performance.
It is known that there are an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the Universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the whole Universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the products of a deranged imagination.
Yeah, it is a ASUS system. And really since I am practically babying my system to the point it annoys my gal since it is so new, I really don't see myself over clocking it in any way. I have as a Anti Virus: Avast, Mozilla too look up web pages. I am careful to what is downloaded I am pretty sure nothing is going on to this system without me knowing or allowing. Still looking for good firewall tho. Too be honest I have not really let this puppy out of the gate yet and do what it was designed to do.

Got a new computer in February with win 7 on it, now my friend yesterday was on my computer and was playing CoH when the AI manager came on. He asked me why do I still have this on my computer? I said of course Don't know, and he told me it was a useless program just taking up useful harddrive space and pretty much deleted it. Now I ask was this a mistake? I do not see a visible difference but I am leery since it is my first new computer in 10 years, should I reload it back on and if it is useful what does it do?
