My question was; Does someone have a good build or should I just delete. I Would like to know if its worth keeping thats all.
Watch my video to get a glimpse of what Dark Armor is capable of. Keep in mind, my video shows a DA/Fire tank, so I don't have the added mitigation of Axe.
Edit to add:
If your options really are "Hand me a good build, or I'll delete," then save yourself the trouble and delete the character. No one is just going to hand you a build on a silver platter. Well, maybe someone will, but put some gorram effort into it if you want help. Don't just demand a build.
Where to now?

I've got a level 50 Dark/Dark that isn't quite IO'd to the extent Dechs is and she's one of my stronger tanks. DA takes a bit more work then some sets, but it has great potential.
Axe has nice mitigation with Knockdown that should work well with DA.
So yes,you have the possibility of a very nice tank there. But if you're not enjoying it, delete it.
If you're willing to help us with information, we're willing to help you with your build. The ball, as they say, is in your court.

Sorry if you misunderstand but I do not want to be given a build. I just wanted to know if this tank can be built strongly and worth the effort. She is 35 right now with so's and i went on an ITF and it went very badly.
The team came to the conclusion that it was my toon that was the weak link but would not say why. My little girl loves to play her but I do not want her having problems playing teams.
Thanke for the advice.

Is it worth the effort? Subjective. Only you could be the judge of that as we don't know your expectations.
A bad ITF when your 35: Don't let it phase anyone, it's a challenge. It's content where you might or cant help but could do with more powers at 35 but others in your team might do too. Many do this at 50. Should your little girl be playing then that's not what other adults will be expecting however that is no excuse for any adult misbehaviour.
You may want to get Mids Herobuilder if you already haven't and perhaps we can help advise on making the build more durable without being too less fun.

I'm still learning dark armor but does death shrouds pulse cancel CoF's effect?? I haven't played with fears much so not sure how that would work.
Give it a chance. I have a dark/axe that i love it's gonna bloom late and cost a small fortune to IO but it will be alot of fun. I'd love to see your build.

for leveling, i would skip CoF and go with OG. But that's just me.
Dark/Axe could be a solid combo.
The extra mitigation of Axe will go a long way with Dark.
IOed, you will be able to do some really cool things. I have a fully IOed DA/DM, with a build pretty similar to Dechs, and yeah, crazy fun.
As for builds, I actually am one of the few people that would just toss a build together for you, but I am kinda trying to not do that as much, as I end up spending more time screwing around in mids than playing the game...
okay, i took like 10 mins and put one together, sure it isn't perfect, but is softcapped on s/l and is at 38% on e/n, which should do ya fine in most circumstances
Just to clarify, this is not a leveling build, but is a level 50 build.

Dark Armor is like that kid you knew in school that didn't know when to shut up, and no matter how bad he got beaten down, he got right back up again and kept on talking.
Death Shroud will allow them to counter attack every time it hits. See the wiki entry here for a good explanation of how fear works in the game, if you didn't know. CoF will slow down the attacks from those effected by the fear.

There's a reason I personally enjoy my Dark/Mace. Not docking either Energy Melee nor Axe, but it gives me a fine median of both forms of mitigation, stuns and knockdown (for equal or higher and kb for lower). This way, if there's a stubborn anti-kb enemy (such as an AV or whatnot), I have my stuns I can fall back on. On the other hand, some enemy groups (*cough*Council*cough*) have sher numbers and thus having AoE knockdown cones are quite useful to me.
That and I have to say jumping into a mob with an AV in it or jumping into a GM, having OG tick, then doing Clobber for a total of 5 mag stun, it can actually get some AVs and GMs at your mercy. Granted, if you Diabolique and can endure the 5 mag stun, her mag of knockback was killer. On the entire Praetorian arc, she was *the* hardest AV for me to tank. Infernal makes me laugh as he was the first AV that I stunned before my tanker was even 50. It was at that point when I saw my calling to stun GMs and AVs.
My character's build is near "complete", but I'll probably be editing it some to get better S/L defense. There's nothing like doing the Ab Sewer Trial and having the easiest of all the enemies be the head, followed by the hatched. Go figure, right?
