The Illustrator ones are easier, the Photoshop brushes are actually more like stamps. Unless you use the pen tool, and then convert your path, but not sure if that would work...

Being that the second one is Mario thats actually quite shocking, some of them are quite obscure characters, some of them the costume is an obscure hint towards the character it's meant to be but I'd say that Mario one is pretty clear and I *think* Mario is the best known video game character in history. (not 100% sure, but like 99% sure he is)

Also there is a batman, joker and spiderman one... so no excuses!

I could name about 60 of them, the other 40 are too obscure even for my history of video gaming.

I figured those were from some game that I didn't know about. I remember the regular Kirby, but never played that. If they're just supposed to be Kirby in other characters' costumes, then I'd have to look again - I'd probably recognize a number of them, then.

Well if the bit you didn't understand was how Kirby works then thats perfectly understandable and I apologise if I was chastising you a bit, but think you can understand that finding someone who doesn't know mario is pretty strange. Kind of like finding someone who doesn't know who superman is or something, you just wonder how they have managed to avoid it over than length of time!
