How to transfer servers without credit card on file?

Debit/Gift/Pre-Paid Visa Card ======
It's a pre-paid debit card that functions as a credit card would. You buy it, or, at a bank 'load cash' onto it. Then use it like a credit card.

Be warned, the pre-pay cards generally charge you for getting it, and charge you for putting money on it. Almost any Credit Union in the U.S. will give you a free debit card if you open a checking account (assuming you are from the U.S. and over 18...elsewhere, I have no idea how it works).

Is there a way to do this? I'd be happy to use Paypal to put money in my account to pay for a transfer, but it does not appear to be an option.
