Problem Understanding Mental Training

I'm pretty sure that "real numbers" (both on the enhancement screen and from right clicking on a power and selecting info) only reflects the values from enhancement slotting.
If you want to test to make sure it's working properly, you'll have to do it the old fashion way with a stop watch.
