can you recommend a desktop pc that will play COH for under $500?

My "Gaming" laptop fell off its cooling pad and just smashed to the ground. The display is totally gone and I have to buy a new one.
This laptop overheats like crazy anyways so I want to just junk it and get a desktop.
Can anyone recommend a desktop I can get for under $500?
I want to buy a big whopper screen so need to set aside a good $300 for that, so my budget on the computer itself is $500

Don't forget to add in the cost of the OS - If the laptop had an OEM copy installed that isn't transferrable to the new machine. Other software probably can be.
