Are you supposed to be able to fire while moving? (Soldier)

Probably bug. Here's another thread on it, with an unfortunately much less descriptive title than yours.

I noticed the same thing with my AR/Trap corruptor. I could run while burst was going off.
I wish it wasn't a bug. That was making me gain some interest in my old toon again.
Looks like it's been handled on the test servers. Live still has no root on burst and SS.

I just started out a new Soldier for the first time, and the first thing I noticed is, for whatever reason, I can run around while I use Single Shot and Burst. Is this a feature of the powers? Or is it just a bug? Honestly, I like it. It makes the fighting feel a bit more dynamic.
