So far I have a Tanker which is now comming along so sweetly now it's
level 20 I feel no hastle or concerns with that one any more, a Brute that
is causing some concerns and frustrations.

But also A Corruptor, he has a Maffia Made Man feel about him.
Originaly I had him at level nine with duel pistols an dit was great no
problems but what niggle dme was the Pistols great as tehy where they
just didn't have that full on Dakka Dakka Feel to them whereyou dig your
feet in and just let rip with a Metal Storm of lead.

And let face it when useing guns yopu like to fele as though your letting
rip with a devistating hail of gunfire or if your sniping to acualy belive your
unleashing a high powered round of destruction, the Pistols though
awsome and well worth using just didn't have that full on letting rip feel.

So saving his out fit I deleted remade him and started again this time with
a Militry Assualt Rifle. (Was tempted to go Merc' Assault Rifle)
Still in the Tutorial section and have: Burst but I all ready figured out a
nice plan for him as shown below hopefully it'll rock.

The Enhancements will be in set's of Three to give it that little extra just
like Momma used to make Taste ^_^

I have an AR / Storm. GET IGNITE! Ignite Scourges for a corrupter and checks with each tick. So if you initially cast it when the AV was at 75%, then the AV got to under 50%, then the same ignite patch will have a chance to scourge. Also, with all the -slow and hurricane you can use ignite quite regularly.

I see was going to just Have gale to knock any one who gets to close
away from me, hmnn but I see your point and seem I messed up and put
an 'S' infrontof Rifle heh

The ignite that does Damage over Time Wont that prove troublesome to
to your teammates if they have to pull pull back or the minions of your
Teams Mastermind?

Though Bean Bag can not be much good can it? look and sound a little
embarasing to even having well for mean evil Villan any way?

"MUWAHAHAHA!...Tremble Statesman at the Power of my Beanbag!"

Yeah....I think the Hero's would die all right, die Laughing at me!

Bean Bag can stun those pesky Spectral Daemon Lords, and if you get Thunderclap, you can stun a boss, if you really wanted to.

Yeah....I think the Hero's would die all right, die Laughing at me!
The Ignite doesn't hurt your teammates.

Okay had careful thought and re-did the build I hope to do, went for Assault
Rifle again but this time added Traps, now I guess I could have gone for the
Trip Wire, Poison Trap and Time Bomb but to be honest with you I want to
remain mobile incase of getting over run as I ave suffered this many a time
during a mission with othersespechily against the Tsoo and those darn
Sorcerers who love vanishing and repearing only to buff and heal their fellow
NPC just as your about to to kill it.

And those Ancestrial SPirits are insufferable how they charge right through
you like some Some locmotive I can all most picture them shouting:
"I'm the *beep*ing Juganuaght *Beep*!"

So I hope this build will allow me to be effective yet highly mobile at the
same time.

Enhancement diversification means that once you slot more than three SOs of the same type in a power the ones after 3 have a minimal effect. So you might want to remove the 4th defense from FFG and the 4th, 5th and 6th enhancements from Health, Swift and Stamina.

In terms of slotting I'd put at least two damages (preferably 3) in your attacks. You'll generally find more damage a lot more useful than extra range in Burst, Slug, M30, Sniper Rifle and Full Auto. The extra ranges in Buckshot and Flamethrower are more variable, I don't care for them but some people like them. Similarly it's not really worth enhancing the defense debuff in Burst. The Knockbacks in various powers are also situational, personally I find the base magnitudes are sufficient but YMMV.

As for your general build I really, really, really recommend you play a Blaster. You've made threads in both the Defender and Corruptor forums where you design a character around the blast set and almost completely ignore the buff/debuff set. The problem is that both Corruptors and Defenders are balanced around significantly lower base damage than Blasters since they are using their buff/debuff powers to improve the teams overall performance (and in many cases increase their own damage). You can make a Corruptor (or Defender) who completely ignores their buff/debuff powers and it is playable but it tends to be painful. You end up with a low damage Blaster with less health and without the extra damage or survivability to make up the difference. Conversely Blasters can get away with ignoring everything from their secondary except for their first power and Build Up (I don't recommend doing so but you can). So if you do (as seems apparent from your threads) want to play a character who doesn't have to worry about anything other than pew pew I think you'll do best with a blaster.

To use the example of an AR/Traps Corruptor I would almost certainly take at least the following for solo play:
Web Grenade (it's required but useful for setting up ignite against bosses anyway)
Caltrops (keep people out of melee)
Force Field Generator (Defense and mez protection)
Acid Mortar (resistance and defense debuff means more damage)
Seeker Drones (more defensive debuffs and can draw aggro)

I'd probably try and fit in Poison Trap and Triage Beacon as well. Trip Mine is fun but I'm generally to impatient to use it and Time Bomb requires way to much patience.

Problem is Blasters are City Of Heroes not City Of Villans which I am Playing.

Unless I can bring over a Blaster over from City Of Heroes to City Of Villans
creating aBlaster is not a an otion wish it where as I love the Gun Drone.

Well once Going Rogue comes out in a few months you'll be able to have a villainous Blaster if you wish .

That being said I will say that an AR/Traps Corruptor is a more powerful character overall than an AR/Dev Blaster but it requires you to use the traps powers to their full effect. An AR/Dev who only uses web grenade and, targeting drone and gun drone from his secondary will be better than an AR/Traps who only uses web grenade and FFG from his secondary however.

Sounds good how long would the process take to bring a Blaster over to
the dark side and any idea if it would be a time consuming to do so?

I recommend dropping Sniper Rifle and M30 Grenade. AR is all about the tasty AoE cones, Sniper Rifle is pretty counteractive to that playstyle and all M30 does is knock your carefully positioned enemies out of the cone of your Flamethrower or Full Auto.

Beanbag is super super useful for taking out the really pesky enemies for a while. Fighting Carnies? Beanbag that Illusionist while you mop up the rest of their group Flamethrower, Buckshot and Full Auto, then finish her off with a Slug or Burst. KOing Sappers before they can get you with their deathsticks is also great.

Positron has indicated it'll be roughly 2 weeks of casual play.

Two whole weeks forgiveme for sounding impatient(sp) but rather make a
Poor version of Blaster using a Corruptor O_O *Blinks* damn maybe would do
that for my first character a Tank which I compleatly enjoy using despite not
going for the Stone / Stone build many of friends demanded I use.
(Used a Will power & Dark Melle)
But that characters for another section really.

Hmnn see what you mean about the bean Bag however,

"MUWAHAHAHA!...Tremble Statesman at the Power of my Beanbag!"

Some how just dosen't sound of feel right for a Bad Guy!

Hmnnn but certainly all that's been said is definatly food for thought.

As Duncan said it will probably take a few weeks to turn him. Alternatively you'll be able to start a new character in a neutral area (Pretoria) and then at level 20 choose to go to either Paragon city or the Rogue Islands as a member of the appropriate faction.
