Right on, Keithicus, but could you possibly perhaps maybe consider possibly providing a short description of your character? (Powersets and background, anyway?)

Love to join! Anything you need I can be. I do have a character idea up. Name would be Ment(something) Like Mentoc or Mentor or such. Basically he'd be a super scientist who built a helmet that generates whatever psychic mutants use and it's dependent on concentration and such but mostly on the users mental capacity and IQ and sorts. He's have silver age style super-tech talk and such along with being awesome(I'm conceited sue me lol). He'd be a Mental/Device Blaster.
Would that be good. If not I have a great Idea for a energy/energy blaster.

I can get Gleaming Bolt on tonight to send you an SG invite, Keith, if you'd like, or we can wait till Wed night when we team up. We're about to take out Frostfire so if you can get up to that mission, it'd be great. It not, that's ok too After we do that, I don't remember what we all agreed upon doing. I would like to get the midnighters arc out of the way, then maybe start in Faultline and get those arcs. See you all on Wed night 8pm EST!

I don't think Rumblerock is going to like the competition at tanker to much , but we shall see how this plays out .

So the plan this Wednesday is to beat the snot outta Frostfire ( yuck frozen snot ) and make our way to SC to run Midnighters ? Should we also try and get inventor badge also at the University ? If not I can run with exp turned off tonight and get it myself but it would be nice to have especially if we want storage in the base .

Ooh yeah the inventor badge sounds pretty cool. Plus we get a free IO out of it. Also remind me on Wed night to promote everyone in the SG so everyone has access to everything once we get a base and stuff.

Hey gang...I have good new and bad news,after several months I finally got a gig being paid what I wanted and in the field I wanted,but I will be on 2nd shift which means I will have to drop out,which really kills me because I had more fun in are few weeks then I have in along time in COX.I like to thank all of you for making it a blast to be part of and Rock was moving up in my stable of favorite toons.

I start next week so I will leave it up to you if you want me to drop out this week so you can find my replacement ((hah!! no one can replace that crazy knucklehead :P)) and get them intergrated into the team or would you like me to team this last time,either way is good lemme know.

Stay on this week Rock, we can find someone to step in next week. Gratz on finding a job you like! We're sorry to see you go, but at least you're not leaving the game altogether.

So you guys play on Thursdays only? Hmm...For me it would be ideal either Mondays or Wednesdays, since I have Taekwondo on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The concept for this really rocks!

The character I would submit for the group is named Noon Star, a 22nd level energy blaster/energy manipulator/teleporter. He has the modern superhero thing going all right:

All righty then, Voltblade (born John Peterson) was from a fairly wealthy family living in California. He wasn't in private schooling but he was able to pursue pretty much any hobby he wanted. Growing up he was always interested in fighting with Blades so his parents found someone to train him in the art of dual-bladed fighting.

In his early teens his clothing seemed to always be static, little did he know that his mutant electrical powers were beginning to manifest themselves. For a few years he tried ignoring the static as it grew stronger and stronger (water didn't seem to make it stronger at all oddly enough). Eventually however, he couldn't hide it anymore and he confessed what was happening to his parents even though he was afraid they would disown him for being a "freak".

His parents (who by now have amassed a small fortune) hired a group of scientists to look into his static powers and make him clothing that would either neutralize his powers or at least help him control them. Progress was quickly made as his parents got the best that money could buy for him. John was allowed to design his costume however he wanted so he made a super-hero like costume in hopes that his mutant powers were strong enough for him to become a great fighter for justice.

Things were about to get much worse for John. He was walking around town wearing his new costume, carrying the swords he was now very capable with, when his parents' small mansion at the top of a nearby hill was rocked with explosions. By the time he got back there emergency personnel informed him that his parents, his personal butler, the family cook, and his dog were dead. He stayed the night in a lavish hotel (he inherited a large amount of money [[for those of you wondering his parents' will was simple, John gets everything]]). The next morning he found a note that was slid under the door telling him that he will find vengeance in Paragon City. He was on the next plane to Paragon City carrying nothing but his blades and wearing his costume. John now seeks revenge but has no clue where to look or who it is.
