Cannot get past server selection screen

Hey all, so I decided to dust off this game and give it another try recently. But, after the game installed and updated to the most recent version I am unable to play because I cannot get past the server selection screen. The servers are not named their typical names, but instead have file locations on my computer. Where a server name should be, it reads something along the lines of: coh"C:Users\...\program files(x86)\steam\steamapps\.... When I select one of these, it gives me the error: Wrong game version, run patcher and reconnect, server XXX client could not find registry key. Any advice for me? I already tried uninstalling/reinstalling/validating the game to no avail.

I figured it out, guys. I have to run steam as an administrator. I'm not sure why, but I can launch the game without admin privileges now (even this used to be a problem for steam), but I can't get past the server selection screen without steam running with admin privileges. Any insight as to how I can get this game to launch with steam just running normal would be greatly appreciated.
