It should work. I know of no reason why it should. The Proc going off should appear in your combat tab, or maybe, just maybe, in the Healing Delivered channel. But it should be done in your combat tab.

Hello, I am a DA Brute and since there are so few DA brutes it seems I wanted to ask here. I put the chance for Immobile proc in my Oppressive Gloom and I was wondering if it even works? Is there a way to tell in the combat log? I tried adding a few things, but I never saw it say your OG caused immobile or anything like that? I also heard there is no graphic for it which is very lame. Is it even worth putting in OG? I figured it would help with the wandering, but who knows if it even works?
