If you're not going to shield you team, then /Dark.
If you plan on shielding your team. Pick one, go to town, you can't go wrong

Mmm, on a big team (or even jsut with henchmen) /therm can rally give you that 'glorified buffbot' feal that puts some people off. /Dark, as a debuff set, can feel muhc more active, and also give you fewer things to keep track of (paying attention to every buff timer on every pet and person on our team is practicaly a fulltime job in itself). If you can keep track of it all, though, thermal is certainly a great set.

/Thermal for TFs if ur gonna utilize it to its full potential.
/Dark for regular PvE though; especially solo. There's something to be said for hitting 2 buttons, sending the prince in on aggresive and watching groups of mobs just melt.
