You can chain this to convert all the types into one particular enh if you liked, for instance catch a breaths

I made a bind file containing macros for these so I could handle endurance better on high-end(urance) toons.

Put this into a file called end.txt in your root directory, then in-game type /bindloadfilesilent "YOUR_COH_FOLDER/end.txt" (the silent part keeps your chat window from being filled with confirmations that the file loaded; you'll know that it loaded if you get the macros in your tray).

Note that these don't use Break Frees or Awakens. This is mostly due to the size limit on macros, but since those inspirations also seem to drop less frequently than the others, and are better to have on hand just in case, I figured it would be better to leave them out anyway.
