Cohupdater problem

Hey, I just logged into the game and i've never had an issue until now. I'm getting this error message as the game attempts to log the patch that was put in today: Updater-Error
"failed to rename C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\cityofheroes.exe to C:\Program Files\City of Heroes\cityofheroes.old" I click the OK button on the error and everything goes away. Can anyone give any advise on what this message is and how to resolve it?
