Shifting mouse icon?

While playin the game, ill scroll my mouse to a power, inspiration, recipe, salvage, etc etc, that i wanna click, and suddenly my mouse icon is on the other side of the screen.

Or ill be panned far off on my camera view and then suddenly im in first person perspective.

Weird!
Anyone else notice this?
