Hi all. I used the CoH Updater file as usual (playing live US version as opposed to EU version or training room of any sort), but it seems to get stuck on 'Downloading Manifest File'. It just sits there and does nothing. I have deletd the shortcut and reinstalled it, renamed the file and added .eu.exe as suggested in a post I saw, but still nothing works. Anyone have any ideas?

Well, I would expect that you haven't been in I17 yet, so try checking that your firewall doesn't block it. The firewall might see it as a new program.
