Are you using it in a group or just shooting it off with no enemy in range? I remember reading that you have to have your first shot hit something in order for the defense to actually activate. not sure though

i tried both and didn't see anything but i'll try both again tonight.
Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
I really hope this was just a player error, since it screws up my entire new charecter concept if its bugged

just wondering if its a problem no my end but when I use HoB the newly added defense bonuses don't show up in the combat atts. is it still working and intended not to show up or is it just not firing?
