Ultra Mode Settings Unexpectedly Disabled.

Just what the title says. At noon today, I had every last bit of Ultra mode available. Now, 5 hours later, I'm unable to use Environment Reflections, Water Effects, and Shadow Maps. All of them are disabled. What happened?

EDIT: I can no longer use shaders above Low (With World Bump Maps), as well. What the heck is wrong with my client?

What OS, video card, and video card drivers are you using?

Mac OS X 10.6.3, GeForce 8600M GT, and the standard OS X drivers. But it became a non-issue, mid game the settings popped back to life.
