Wentworths Disappearing items

I went to Wentworths to get some IOs and noticed that we now have the option to buy multiple enhancements kinda like how it was for salvage pre-i17. The only problem is that when I clicked "get" after my purchase, I only received one enhancement and the others seem to have disappeared. I tried it again to see if I was actually buying more than one and the same thing happened again. It charged me for 3, said I had three in the "bought" tab but all but one disappeared when I hit the "get" button. Am I doing something wrong here?

I've had the same issue and I've sent a petition. This has cost me about 25 million infamy and I'm a bit nervous of using the market for now.
