Unable to purchase Booster packs from store

People have been reporting issues with the Online Store lately.
Another reason could be your 30-Day Purchase Limit option in your NCSoft Billing is set too low.
There are also Online Code Purchase Limits which restrict the number of codes that can be purchased per household or credit card within a certain timeframe.
In short: Wait until tomorrow and try again.

Yes, it's saying the same thing you are, I just want to know why, is it an issue an issue with the store or what?
It's frustrating to have one purchase go through fine and then have the second one immediately denied for no reason. There should be no issues with my card/PayPal as I was able to prepurchase Going Rogue, and they can't be out of Booster Packs.
You can only purchase one account add-on per credit card per 24 hours. The error message if you try to purchase a second is the generic one you mentioned.
I recall at one point it was one add-on per credit card per week (and they didn't take Mastercards or PayPal at the time, either) back when they put in the Good vs Evil bonus pack, which was really annoying given that I wanted to purchase it for both my account and my at-the-time girlfriend's... :/ I ended up finding somewhere that had the boxed version on special for $25 and just used that to upgrade whichever account I didn't get to the first time. 
As Master-Blade said, try again tomorrow and you should be fine.

I preordered Going Rogue this morning but am unable to purchase either the Martial Arts pack or the Wedding pack from the online store.
Any reason this would be occuring?
