NCSoft Store Offline?

Anyone else having issues making purchases from the NCSoft store today? I was trying to purchase the Super Booster IV (ninja) pack and received an error when trying to pay for it via PayPal.

To add insult to injury, I waited over an hour to speak with a live "person" on their call-in support line only to get a recorded message stating they're having technical issues and to try again later! WTF???

Me too. I wanted to preorder GR and get the Martial Arts pack, but it will only let me do the preorder.

This vexes me. I'm terribly vexed. >:-(

I need ninja run!
