You need to start willy's arc(There's a Sucker Born Every Minute) for paragon of vice, his normal missions are mixed into the arc in oro. I think strikebreaker is just one mission, I did it yesterday and already forgot :P
Mayhems(and safeguards) however would be very nice to add to oro, just today I sped thru 15-20 without even thinking of doing a newspaper. There's just too many good story arcs =/
I agree of what you two said. I don't get the point on don't having the mayhems or safeguards on Ouroboros. It's so easy to skip it, and tedious to stop the xp so don't miss it...
