Test server fail at splash screen

Can't get past the splash screen on the test server. The normal game runs fine. Fresh Vista 64 install (as in 3 days old), only the latest video/audio drivers for BFG 9800GTX OC video card, 3.2Ghz Core 2 Duo CPU, 4gb DDR2 800mhz RAM, 10k RPM Raptor HDD.
Anything special I should know about? I've been on the test server before (it's been a while) but now it just dies at the splash screen, even in safe mode. No error code, just says that COH crashed out and must close would I describe what I was doing. Like I said, normal game runs fine.
