you may have to wait 24 hrs before being able to get on test. not 100% sure about it, but i'm leaning more towards the wait.
Maybe up to 48.
Payment takes effect immediately for your Live account.
But filters slowly over to the test servers.
This also applies to expansion packs etc, that you buy from the store.

ok so i just reactivated my Coh account but it won't let me on the test sever it just says "Payment for this account has expired. Would you like to view its account status web page?"
but the status page doesn't work. is there some kind of waiting period before i will be able to get on?
