I finally got a hold of the jav proc tryna get one more for my lolspines/lolregen...but yea this build will be for dueling..any tips would be appreciated

if you can get some of the hp accolades you can skip some of the wasteful slotting you did just for hp, like in super speed. with all of them youd be about 43hp over the hp cap before hoarfrost, but it all depends on your willingness to pve.

and for people wondering what build that chunk is for its a fire/mm blaster.
