Yeah Traps can do fine without Stamina.
I grabbed it anyways on my Bots/Traps, but before I respeced into Stamina, I was doing fine.
Honestly any MM set can do without stamina, but I would honestly still suggest it.
Traps "can" be more end heavy depending on your play style and how you set your difficulty bar.
I play a bots/traps on "normally" +1/+8 and I tend to put down traps constantly and my end can go down quite dramatically. One example is if I am trying to set down a mine and I keep getting hit. That drains your end even if you don't set it down and get interrupted. So basically if you have a laid back play style then yes you can do without stamina, but like I said I would still always prefer to have it.
Plus once you get higher level you will have more things that drain your end like epic powers.

With Ninja/Poison you can do fine without stamina too I know. I took it eventually on a respec however. Don't regret that choice. Without stamina the combo required a good 12 to 16 catch breaths for EB fights. With stamina don't really need any.

It does not seem to be very endurance heavy.
