Took a quick stab as I like these kind of puzzles...
This has a bit more damage (6.5%) and a bit more recharge (10%). It also has a little more regen & recovery. The cost is 40 HP and 18% acc (edit: and lots of KB protection, that I don't think you need, right?). You could easily get 9% acc back my moving the miracle heal out of PP and back into a LotG set. We could also get some 20ish HP back by using tit armors in tough (with the extra slot I put in PP used also).
I'm not sure how you felt about your current recovery, regen, HP and acc, and what of those could me eaten up a bit.

While I gave that some thought, damn kids aren't utilizing their brains anyway, I've determined a different path will be chosen.
I'm going to utilize the secondary build option, finally, and go for a max dps, pure single target beast for AV/Pylon/PvP.
I'll post that build shortly. Edit: Or not. Can't get a build that satisfies.

Melee defense should be fine, though if you really wanted you could move the 3rd slot out of Hasten and into Dodge, then slot another LotG in there. Edit: And FWIW her ranged and aoe defenses are both 45.1 and doing dumb things (or a vicious rng) has a far far greater impact on survival than a few tenths more defense.
Really don't see anything that doesn't necessitate moving slots around.
Moving 4 slots (one from Tough and 3 from Focused Accuracy) I can get +5% recharge. Nearly identical +damage (think it actually dropped by 0.5%) and maintain the soft cap with the new BotZ in Fly while not needing FA toggled on to hit +4's @95% (owing to using Kismet +6%) even if Follow Up misses.
You could potentially trade damage for recharge by using Force Feedback chance for Recharge in Focus rather the the Decimation BU proc
