No, it's most likely the training room server. You and everyone else is downloading the patch all at the same time, so I don't think there is anything we can do about it. Mine is also taking an aweful long time to download too, so were all in the same boat.

But can I play COH without pwning my DL rate?
Actually PLAYING City does very little to your up- and download rates. People (including me in the past) play this game on dialup, to show how very little it takes to play the game.
It's only the downloading of patches/updates that takes any length of time/bandwidth.
