Trick Arrow/Dual Pistol anyone?
Side switch to villains and take the black scorpion pool and you'll be totally epic.

Having a third weapon is always worthwhile.
I have a TA/DP Defender, and while he is only level 8, I like him so far.

There is a redraw trick that helps, a lot. A friend of mine and discovered, tho others prolly already know this, that if you click say Web Arrow, and as its animating instantly hit any DP attack at the end of the bow attack you automatically fire your pistol. There is no draw animation from the pistol attack.
Context:
Mob of 3 Snakes and My DP/TA corruptor.
Flash Arrow-Empty Clips
Soon as flash arrow hits the snakes the empty clips starts tearing up the enemies.
My theory is that if the first attack is animating when you click the 2nd its registers the first animation for both attacks. Someone will prolly come along and correct or confirm this however.
Not the DP attack must be click almost directly after the TA attack is clicked.
Was trying out dual pistol on blasters, and I got to thinking. This set seems tailor made for defenders. It's got all sorts of debuffs and utility abilities built into it. So, why not pair this aoe happy ammo swapping beast with Trick Arrow. Any thoughts on this combo? I would think TA would help improve damage via it's pair of -resist debuffs. And you could either hold bosses (without using EMP arrow!) with supression fire, or swap to fire rounds to easily ignite oil slick while damaging foes.
I'm not sure how bad redraw would be. DP seems to have minimal draw time.
