In games generally, not CoH/V specifically, the HD 5770 is about 20% faster than the GTS 250. But YMMV since some game engines seem to favor nVidia over ATI and vice versa.

I'm an nVidiot and even I agree with the advice above. The 5770 will give you better bang for the buck.
